Welcome to Job One Custom Prints (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products offered at https://www.shopjobone.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
Eligibility
By using our Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you’re using this Site on behalf of an organization, you agree that you have the authority to bind that organization.
Products and Services
Job One Custom Prints specializes in custom apparel printing, including but not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other accessories. All items are made to order and may vary slightly from digital previews.
We are not responsible for differences between mockups or the slight variation from digital previews.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Custom Orders
By submitting artwork, designs, or logos for custom printing, you affirm that you have the right to use such content and that it does not infringe on any intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse any custom order we deem inappropriate, offensive, or infringing.
Order Processing and Shipping
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to third-party shipping carriers, holidays, or supply chain issues.
Shipping fees and taxes are calculated at checkout. Job One Custom Prints is not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order (such as damage or a manufacturing error), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software—is the property of Job One Custom Prints or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without express written permission.
User Conduct

- Infringe on intellectual property rights;
- Upload malicious code or viruses;
- Use our Site for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
