Meet The Team

David has been tinkering with technology since childhood! He loves to learn how things work, tearing them down and most of the time getting them back together! Learning the ins and outs of developing and operating an apparel business has been no exception! Under David’s leadership, the apparel team has grown and has been given opportunities to grow and succeed! 

Beau is an artist and a huge movie buff! He loves working with equipment and getting his hands dirty! His vision, creativity, and knowledge support the apparel team in extraordinary ways. Beau is our resident DJ as well and has extensive knowledge of classic rock! He keeps our team jammin’ throughout the day. 

Andrew has a vast creative mind. He loves dreaming up and sharing campaigns and ideas for D&D and gaming. As one of our main design artists, Andrew loves listening to ideas and making them come to life! His tech skill, attention to detail, and focus are unparalleled! He assists in training others and makes sure the shop is running smoothly each day.

Sharon will tell you that she was raised with a family-instilled ethic to be a hard worker, and it’s still true today! Sharon is an excellent worker that won’t quit until the job is done. Sharon’s tenure at Job One has been one of excellence. She is a great worker and knows our Packaging and Assembly jobs inside and out, often training others and keeping jobs flowing. We are excited to have her on the apparel team!

Jacob is a highly dedicated worker, not only at Job One but in the community as well. He loves giving tours and being ready to walk people through our processes! When we have guests, it’s almost a guarantee that Jacob will know them! Jacob specialized in embroidery – he is our go to guy for hooping and threading.

Josh loves keeping everyone in line! He is exceptionally dependable. He loves working on our equipment. Josh comes in each morning and makes sure that our printers have gotten the proper maintenance and are cleaned and ready to go! Josh is also our shipping and receiving expert. He makes sure the boxes of apparel are received and go to the proper place for sorting.

Jon is a jokester, video game expert, and a great guy! Jonathan has worked in many different pillars at Job One but especially loves working on t-shirts. He is one of our best heat press operators and can always be counted on to get the job done right.
